Job Full Description
TEMPORARY POSITION OPPORTUNITY!
- Booth Setup: Friday, July 17, 2026; Saturday, July 18, 2026; and Sunday, July 19, 2026, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Booth Teardown: Sunday, July 26, 2026, 8:00am - 5:00pm
Pay: $20.00/HR
Duties:
- Assist with booth setup and teardown for a large event environment.
- Unload, carry, and stage booth materials, displays, and event equipment.
- Assemble display items, tables, signage, and other booth components according to instructions.
- Organize and position event materials to ensure a professional booth appearance.
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed during setup and dismantling.
- Perform general cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area.
- Work effectively with team members to complete projects within scheduled timeframes.
- Follow all safety procedures while handling materials and equipment.
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor, event setup, construction, moving, warehouse, or assembly experience preferred.
- Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to work outdoors and in a busy event environment.
- Ability to follow directions and work efficiently as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to perform a variety of physical tasks.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the workday.
- Reliable transportation to and from the event site.
