Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Friday, 3:00pm - 11:00pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR
Duties:
- Assist Heat Treat Operators with daily production activities and material handling.
- Count parts accurately and verify quantities throughout the production process.
- Perform quality touch-ups and visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards.
- Complete production paperwork and documentation accurately and legibly.
- Support heat treat personnel by providing materials, parts, and assistance as needed.
- Follow work instructions and established production procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining productivity and accuracy.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel-toe boots and safety glasses, at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, or general labor experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to count parts accurately.
- Ability to complete paperwork and production records accurately.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with minimal oversight.
- Dependable with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull heavy parts and materials.
- Ability to wear steel-toe boots and safety glasses at all times.
