Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00/HR
Duties:
- Support paint line operations by racking, hanging, coating, and handling parts throughout the finishing process.
- Load and unload parts from the paint line while maintaining production flow.
- Count and verify parts to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Inspect parts for defects and report quality concerns as needed.
- Cross-train and assist with assembly operations to support production requirements.
- Operate and work around industrial paint line equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and production guidelines.
- Assist with material handling and other production-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, or production experience preferred (6 months to 1 year).
- Experience working with paint line, finishing, coating, or similar industrial equipment is a plus.
- Ability to accurately count parts and follow work instructions.
- Willingness to cross-train in assembly and other production functions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull between 30-50 lbs. regularly.
