Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 2:30pm
Pay: $19.00/HR
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and understand production papers, work orders, and manufacturing instructions.
- Accurately read and use a tape measure to verify dimensions and specifications.
- Operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect fiberglass parts to ensure they meet quality and finishing standards.
- Assemble fiberglass components according to production requirements and work instructions.
- Perform finishing tasks and quality checks on completed products.
- Load and unload raw materials, components, and finished products.
- Use glue guns and other assembly tools to complete production processes.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, production, assembly, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to read and understand production paperwork and work instructions.
- Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure.
- Experience operating production equipment and machinery is a plus.
- Experience using hand tools, including glue guns, preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality products.
- Ability to inspect parts and identify quality issues.
- Dependable with excellent attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. regularly.
