Direct Hire Opportunity!
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00/HR
Duties:
- Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a residential care setting.
- Administer medications as assigned and ensure accurate documentation of medication administration.
- Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and daily activities as needed.
- Engage residents in conversation and provide companionship to support their emotional well-being.
- Transport residents to appointments or activities when required.
- Accurately document resident care, observations, and services provided using the Setworks EMR system.
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and communicate concerns to appropriate staff.
- Follow care plans, company policies, and safety procedures.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for residents.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and team members.
Qualifications:
- Previous caregiver experience required.
- Experience administering medications preferred.
- Ability to accurately document care and resident information in Setworks EMR.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistent documentation practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused approach to care.
- Positive attitude and dependable work ethic.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record preferred for positions requiring resident transportation.
