Job Full Description
Hours: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:30pm
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00/HR
Duties:
- Assemble electrical cabinets, data center components, and related products according to work instructions and specifications.
- Perform fit and function testing to verify proper assembly and product performance.
- Use hand tools and torque tools to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality standards are met.
- Follow assembly procedures, blueprints, diagrams, and work instructions.
- Identify and report quality concerns, missing parts, or assembly issues.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience using basic hand tools required.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on torque tools and assembly processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks using hand tools throughout the workday.
