Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician / Machine Repair
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production machinery. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, working hands-on with equipment, and keeping operations running efficiently.
What You’ll Do
- Install, relocate, and maintain production machinery and mechanical equipment
- Diagnose equipment issues and perform troubleshooting and repairs
- Rebuild and overhaul machines and components, including:
- Disassembly and inspection
- Machining parts or replacing components
- Fabricate or modify replacement parts as needed
- Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime
- Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in industrial maintenance, machine repair, or rebuild work
- Strong mechanical aptitude with troubleshooting skills
- Experience with:
- Machine teardown and rebuilds
- Mechanical systems and components
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or manuals
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment/components
- Frequent standing, bending, and lifting
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
