Assembler – 1st & 2nd Shift | Temp-to-Hire
Looking for a hands-on opportunity with long-term potential? We are seeking detail-oriented Assemblers to join a manufacturing team assembling small hand tools and components. This is a temp-to-hire position offering the opportunity to grow with a stable employer.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble small hand tools and related components
- Follow written and verbal instructions in English
- Perform quality inspections on parts and finished products
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Meet production and quality standards
Requirements:
- Ability to follow directions in English
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable attendance and a positive attitude
- Previous assembly or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift
Pay & Schedule:
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM | $16.00/hr
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM (Monday–Thursday) | $17.00/hr
