Schedule: Full-Time | 1st Shift
Duration: 3-Month Contract
Our manufacturing client in Franksville is seeking a motivated Staff Accountant to join their team on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting professional with a few years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and can work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and post general ledger journal entries
- Perform account and bank reconciliations
- Process payroll journal entries
- Maintain fixed asset records and debt schedules
- Complete three-way matching for invoices
- Reconcile and process intercompany transactions across multiple entities
- Assist with month-end close and other accounting functions
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with company accounting procedures
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of accounting experience required
- Manufacturing accounting experience
- Strong understanding of general ledger accounting principles
- Experience with account reconciliations and journal entries
- Familiarity with multi-entity and intercompany accounting is highly preferred
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently in a deadline-driven environment
