Residential Remodeling / Construction Technician
Pay: $22–$35/hr, based on experience
We’re looking for an experienced Residential Remodeling/Construction Technician to assist with remodeling, repair, and renovation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with a broad construction skill set who enjoys variety and takes pride in quality work.
Responsibilities may include:
- Kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodeling
- Rough and finish carpentry
- Drywall installation and finishing
- Painting and staining
- Tile installation
- Basic plumbing and electrical work
- Siding, windows, and doors
- Residential repairs and punch-list work
- Following project scopes and completing work efficiently and professionally
Qualified candidates should have:
- Previous construction, remodeling, or residential repair experience
- A well-rounded, hands-on skill set
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- Some of their own tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and good attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- Dependable work ethic and pride in quality workmanship
- Ability to pass a background check
This position is expected to provide at least the next couple months of work, with the potential to continue longer-term for the right person.
