Job Full Description
Position: General Production Associate
Pay: $18/hour with opportunities for advancement
Schedule: Mon - Fri (7:00am-4:00pm) Full-time (40+ hours/week with overtime opportunities)

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate basic machinery including brake press and saw to form and cut materials according to specifications
- Support laser cutting operations by removing finished parts and preparing materials
- Perform parts finishing operations including cleaning, deburring, and passivation
- Prepare finished products for shipment including packaging and documentation
- Maintain shop cleanliness and organization through regular cleaning and workspace management
- Assist with general maintenance activities and equipment upkeep
- Follow all safety protocols and proper use of PPE
- Other duties as assigned
