Position: 1st Shift Quality Technician
Location: Pewaukee, WI
Pay Rate: $20.00-$23.00/hour
Schedule/Shift: 2nd shift, Mon-Thur(5am-3pm)
Terms: Temp-to-Hire

Brief Job Description: Quality technician is responsible for conducting testing procedures during manufacturing processes and incoming inspections to ensure that products comply with quality standards. Inspect parts coming from the manufacturing area to ensure they comply with the blueprint. Perform in process inspections. Inspect products upon receipt per print / purchase order. Receive material. Visually and manually inspect materials as a quality measure and reject unsuitable materials. Complete various levels of PPAP’s. Use FARO arm, calipers, micrometer, ect. to inspect parts. Ability to safely operate a forklift, crane, micrometer, and calipers. Must be able to effectively use typical or general office equipment such as a telephone, facsimile, computer and copy machine. At least one year of successful performance in a shop environment. Previous Blueprint reading and use of measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, mics, tape ect.)
