Express Employment Professionals is looking for an experienced Tool & Die Maker for a temp-to-hire position in Pewaukee, WI. We're seeking a skilled professional with a journeyman card to join our client's team on the 1st shift.
Key Responsibilities:

Fit and assemble parts to build, repair, and modify dies, jigs, gauges, and other tools.

Set up and operate conventional and CNC machine tools like lathes, milling machines, and grinders.

Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to plan the fabrication of tools and dies.

Verify the dimensions of finished parts using precision measuring instruments.

Layout, construct, and maintain small to mid-size stamping and forming dies.
Position Requirements:

Must have a journeyman card. (No apprentices at this time)

High school diploma or GED required.

Mastercam experience required.

Strong math skills and the ability to read blueprints.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
-
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

CNC programming and set-up experience is preferred.
