On-Call Winter Landscaper (Entry Level)#2590
Location: Candidates will be servicing residential & commercial properties around Waukesha Co. area
Shift: Choose your hours! Days, nights, weekends all available. Based on weather
Pay Rate: $20.00p/hr
Description: This is an on-call position. Once you provide your availability, you are then on-call & will be recruited to take action against the winter elements. Once snow & ice are present, you & the team will be contacted & provided the information of where the job(s) will be, responsible for transporting yourself to these locations to work on them. Duties will vary in winter, but will usually include shoveling, moving snow, de-icing sidewalks & walking paths, salting the ground & skid loading. You will be outside in the winter elements, so ensure that you dress appropriately. Prior to snow fall, you may be asked to help with winter-prep of varying residential and commercial properties. This may include weeding, branch removal, mowing, wrapping fauna, clear out dead leaves & debris, aerate & fertilize soil & mulch beds to insulate roots.
