Job Full Description
Title: Installation Tech
Location: Waukesha, WI 53186
Shift: Mon – Fri (8am-4:30pm) *Hours can extend to 6pm or be shortened to 2pm some days, project depending*
Pay: $18+/hr. (applicants with experience will be offered higher rates)
Description: Individuals will be paired with a team that they will shadow & get on-the-job training through. Helping with the site set-up to remove & install new windows. Will be removing the windows from their current framing, clearing the old adhesives out of the frame, installing new windows, cleaning up the work site. May be asked to go onto construction sites from time to time to install windows They will be working in basements mainly, in bathrooms, kitchens, commercial properties etc.
Applicable experience: Someone with a construction or masonry background could do well in this position

Looking for someone able to be customer facing. Professional, build rapport among their team & clients. Eventually they would want them to become a leader. Willing to train upwards to do that.
