Location: Waukesha, WI
Shift: Mon – Fri (4am-12pm)
Pay Rate: $18.00-$22.00p/hr
Description: The Production Worker in the Intake Department is primarily responsible for ensuring that raw milk and cream are received and/or loaded out to the Pasteurized Milk Ordinance (PMO) and SQF standards and following company policies and procedures. Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to: Inspect all vehicles used for food transporting prior to unloading and/or loading to ensure they are clean, in good repair, suitable for purpose and free from odors and other conditions that may negatively impact product. Pumping in-coming dairy product from trucks to storage equipment, loading/unloading trucks of material, documenting volumes, conditions and amounts of product in computers utilizing manufacturing software to maintain records. Washing, sanitizing, & trouble shoot equipment to maintain the SOP & SSOP.
