We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Screen Printer to join our production team. This position is responsible for operating screen-printing equipment to produce high-quality branded products and promotional items. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and a commitment to quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor manual and automatic screen-printing equipment.
• Review work orders and production specifications to ensure accurate print placement, colors, and quantities.
• Prepare screens, inks, and materials for production runs.
• Inspect printed products for quality, color consistency, and alignment.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and make necessary adjustments during production.
• Clean, maintain, and organize printing equipment, screens, and work areas.
• Package and stage completed orders according to customer specifications.
• Record production information and maintain accurate inventory usage records.
• Follow all workplace safety procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with other production, assembly, and warehouse duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous screen-printing experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and production schedules.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Comfortable working in a production environment with repetitive tasks.
