What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and oversee daily accounting activities
- Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial records and reports
- Compile financial, government, and statistical reports
- Analyze trends in costs, revenues, and financial commitments to forecast future performance
- Develop and maintain accounting procedures and internal controls
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
- Maintain financial security by verifying documentation and processing disbursements
- Manage payroll functions and related reporting
- Present financial data and recommendations to management
- Collaborate with IT teams to support accounting systems and processes
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5+ years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent mathematical and analytical skills
- Experience with accounting software systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional communication skills
