Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and safety-focused CDL-A or CDL-B Drivers to support construction projects. This role combines commercial driving with hands-on labor, making it a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Operate ready-mix trucks, dump trucks, tractor-trailers, and other commercial vehicles
- Transport materials, equipment, and debris to and from job sites
- Assist crews with site preparation, cleanup, loading/unloading, and material handling
- Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic equipment maintenance
- Follow all DOT, safety, and job-site regulations
- Support construction tasks such as digging, moving materials, and using hand and power tools
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Valid CDL Class A or B license
- Experience operating commercial vehicles such as ready-mix or dump trucks
- Ability to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, climbing, working outdoors)
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and team-focused mindset
- Knowledge of job-site safety practices and DOT regulations
- Ability to work in fast-paced, outdoor environments
