Pay: $20-24 / hr

Job Full Description

Main Job Duties:

• Accounts Receivable
• Reconciliation and entry of all income activity
• Daily sales entries for all entities
• Monthly Sales Tax
• Fuel reporting
• Reconciliation of all applicable asset & liability accounts
• Manage records
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential

 

Requirements:

• Quickbook’s experience is preferred, and/or any bookkeeping software knowledge
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable and/or Accounting functions
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Etc.
• Confidentiality is a must
• Ability to work in a dynamic and changing environment
• Ability to multitask
• Relevant experience using modern communication systems, including email and phone systems
• Understanding or prior experience with Inventory management system
