Express Employment Professionals is seeking a dependable and hardworking Groundskeeper / Maintenance Worker. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and functional spaces, and works well independently or as part of a team.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with groundskeeping and property upkeep
- Support move-in and move-out inspections and repairs
- Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks
- Use hand tools safely and effectively
- Paint units and touch up surfaces as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Basic knowledge of hand tools
- Ability to perform physical labor and outdoor work
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks independently
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Maintenance or groundskeeping experience preferred
