About the Role

Your ability to multitask will support the team in reaching weekly goals while coordinating interviews between job seekers and our Employment Specialists.

- Recruit & Build Talent Pipelines: Actively source and retain qualified associates to meet both immediate and long‑term client needs.
- Create an Exceptional First Impression: Manage calls, inquiries, and online applications with professionalism and efficiency.
- Support Daily Operations: Enter applicant data, manage confidential documents, and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Stay Informed: Conduct all work in accordance with Express standards and applicable employment laws while staying knowledgeable about the local job market.
