Job Full Description
Machine Operator
We are seeking a reliable and safety‑focused Machine Operator to support the downstream production of conduit and similar manufactured products. This is a hands‑on role that requires standing for long periods and working around active machinery in a fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor downstream manufacturing equipment
- Assist with product handling & packaging
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
- Cut, tie, and cap materials as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Follow all safety protocols and production procedures
Requirements
- Reliable attendance and strong team‑oriented attitude
- Ability to work safely in a non‑climate‑controlled environment
- Able to stand for 12‑hour shifts near warm machinery
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working in a stationary role and around manufacturing equipment
- Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
