Express Employment Professionals – Now Hiring: Electrical Foreman (Wyoming)
Express Employment Professionals of Casper is partnering with a growing local client to fill a Working Electrical Foreman position. We’re looking for a dependable, experienced leader who is ready to bring their electrical expertise to a team-focused environment. Qualifications:
- Current Wyoming Journeyman Electrician License
- Experience creating bills of materials and managing inventory/stock
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals
- Demonstrated leadership experience supervising small crews of apprentices
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute electrical installations efficiently while maintaining full code compliance
- Read, interpret, and apply NEC codes and standards
- Install conduit, cable systems, and a variety of industrial electrical equipment
- Perform testing to ensure circuits are safe and functioning properly
- Mentor, train, and oversee apprentices to ensure a positive and productive team environment
Safety & Additional Requirements:
- OSHA 10, PEC Safe land, and applicable equipment certifications required
- Must pass pre‑employment drug and alcohol screening
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must be willing to travel all over Wyoming from project to project
