Express Employment Professionals of Casper is partnering with a growing local client to hire a Working Electrical Foreman. We’re looking for a dependable and experienced leader who takes pride in quality work, values teamwork, and maintains a strong commitment to safety.
What You’ll Do
- Plan and execute electrical installations while ensuring full code compliance
- Read, interpret, and apply NEC codes and safety standards
- Install conduit, cable systems, and industrial electrical equipment
- Perform testing to ensure circuits are safe and functioning properly
- Create and manage bills of materials and track inventory
- Lead, mentor, and supervise crews of apprentices
- Maintain project timelines and ensure efficient workflow
- Promote a safe, organized, and productive job site
What We’re Looking For
- Current Wyoming Journeyman Electrician License
- Proven leadership experience supervising crews
- Experience with materials management and inventory tracking
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Safety & Requirements
- OSHA 10 and PEC Safeland certifications required
- Additional equipment certifications as applicable
- Must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol screening
- Valid driver’s license required
- Willingness to travel throughout Wyoming for project-based work
