Express Employment Professionals is seeking an experienced Journeyman Installer for one of our valued clients. This role focuses on residential and commercial HVAC installation and is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship and teamwork.
What You’ll Do
- Install residential and commercial furnaces and central air conditioning systems
- Install ductwork and line-sets as required for each project
- Read and interpret blueprints and installation plans
- Ensure all installations meet applicable codes and standards
- Work alongside team members and help train apprentices
- Apply advanced knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years of HVAC installation experience
- Valid Journeyman Mechanical License
- EPA 608 Certification preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Clean background required
- Spanish-speaking ability is a plus but not required
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
