Job Description
Our client is seeking a dependable and experienced CDL‑A Driver to join their regional driving team. This role is ideal for a safety‑minded professional who enjoys consistent routes, predictable schedules, and steady weekly miles. Drivers will run regional loads—most commonly between Casper, WY and Colorado—using a 53‑ft trailer.
This position follows a structured rotation of 6 days on, followed by 36–38 hours of rest, offering a stable and predictable work/life balance.
Requirements
- Valid CDL‑A license
- Minimum 6 months experience driving a 53‑ft trailer within the last 6 months
- At least 1 year of total CDL‑A driving experience
- No pending safety or background issues
- Clean MVR required — we will run an MVR before placement
- Ability to manage regional routes and drive in varying weather conditions
- Strong commitment to safety and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 53‑ft trailer on regional routes
- Transport freight throughout Wyoming and surrounding states (primarily Colorado)
- Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
- Maintain accurate logs and comply with DOT requirements
- Communicate effectively with dispatch and client management teams
Schedule
- 6 days on / 36–38 hours off
- Regional routes with consistent mileage
