Express Employment Professionals is seeking reliable and safety-focused Certified Construction Flaggers for the upcoming construction season. This role is essential for maintaining safe traffic flow and supporting road construction crews in active work zones.
⚠️ Requirement: ATSSA Certification is required prior to applying
What You’ll Do
- Direct and control traffic through active construction zones
- Communicate clearly with construction crews to maintain safety
- Set up and remove signs, cones, barricades, and traffic control devices
- Maintain a professional, alert presence at all times
- Assist with general labor tasks as needed
- Follow all safety rules, company procedures, and traffic regulations
What We’re Looking For
- Active ATSSA Certification (required)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Strong communication skills and situational awareness
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Ability to lift 25–50 lbs as needed
- Ability to remain alert and safety-focused throughout shifts
