Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and customer‑focused Sales Associate to provide excellent service, assist shoppers, and keep the store organized and welcoming. The ideal candidate is outgoing, reliable, and enjoys working in a retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide outstanding customer service
- Assist shoppers in finding products and offering helpful recommendations
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed on current inventory
- Accurately process sales transactions using a POS system
- Stock shelves, restock merchandise, and maintain displays
- Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and well-presented
- Handle customer questions, returns, and exchanges
- Support store promotions and sales activities
- Work collaboratively with team members and management
Qualifications
- Retail or customer service experience preferred
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
- Ability to stand, move, and handle light merchandise throughout the shift
- Reliable, punctual, and available for weekends or evenings if needed
- Basic computer or POS experience a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent
