What You’ll Do
- Perform general carpentry work including framing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry
- Read and interpret basic plans, drawings, and work orders
- Install doors, windows, cabinetry, flooring, and fixtures
- Repair and maintain structures and building components
- Safely operate hand and power tools
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Communicate professionally with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
What We’re Looking For
- Prior carpentry or construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of carpentry tools, materials, and methods
- Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various conditions
- Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
