Our client is seeking motivated candidates to perform hands-on labor tasks in crawlspaces and confined work areas, including insulation work, debris removal, and basic repairs.
General Labor (Crawlspace) Responsibilities:
- Perform physical labor in crawlspaces and other confined spaces
- Remove debris, damaged materials, and insulation from work areas
- Install or replace insulation, vapor barriers, and other materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines, especially in confined spaces
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and general site cleanup
Qualifications:
- Previous general labor or construction experience preferred
- Ability to work in tight spaces and physically demanding environments
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50+ lbs)
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic tool knowledge is a plus
