Express Employment Professionals is seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers for one of our valued clients. This role focuses on hands-on work in crawlspaces and confined areas, making it a great opportunity for individuals who are hardworking, safety-conscious, and comfortable in physically demanding environments.
What You’ll Do
- Perform physical labor in crawlspaces and confined spaces
- Remove debris, damaged materials, and old insulation
- Install or replace insulation, vapor barriers, and related materials
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures, especially for confined spaces
- Communicate with team members and supervisors to complete projects efficiently
- Assist with loading/unloading materials and general site cleanup
What We’re Looking For
- Previous general labor or construction experience preferred
- Ability to work in tight, confined spaces
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Ability to lift, carry, and move 50+ lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
