Looking for a well-paying, hands-on opportunity in an outdoor environment? Join a hardworking team supporting a pond dewatering and relining project. This is a great chance to gain field experience while earning competitive pay and per diem!
Project Details
- Location: Remote site approximately 1 hour northeast of Casper, WY (7 miles east of Lynch, WY)
- Duration: Approximately 8 weeks
- Schedule: 8–10 hour workdays (plus travel time)
What You’ll Do
- Assist with site preparation and general dirt work
- Transport and position materials, including pond liners
- Set up and organize equipment such as pumps, generators, fuel systems, and hoses
- Support pumping operations by transferring water, sludge, and gravel to dewatering bags
- Monitor equipment, adjust hoses and water flow, and resolve clogs or field issues
- Assist with cloth and HDPE liner installation, including placement and support during heat-seaming
- Help with site cleanup, equipment teardown, and final restoration
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to perform heavy physical labor in outdoor conditions
- Comfortable working at a remote job site
- Reliable transportation (approximately 1-hour commute from Casper)
- Ability to follow safety procedures and work as part of a team
- Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
- Clean background check required
- Must pass drug and alcohol screening
- Previous construction, labor, or environmental experience preferred but not required
