Express Employment Professionals is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for one of our clients in an industrial warehouse environment.
This position plays a key role in supporting daily operations by serving as the liaison between customers and production teams. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial setting.
*MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE*
💲 Pay & Schedule
- $25–$28/hour (depending on experience)
- Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Process, track, and manage customer orders from start to finish
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and operations teams
- Provide timely updates to customers and resolve service issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and order records
- Ensure customer requirements and delivery timelines are met
✅ Qualifications
- 1–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or warehouse setting
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Computer proficiency required
- Technical aptitude preferred
