Express Employment Professionals is seeking motivated and dependable individuals with HVAC or apprentice-level experience. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills while working alongside experienced technicians in a hands-on environment.
What You’ll Do
- Assist HVAC technicians with installation, maintenance, and repair of heating and cooling systems
- Work on systems including furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, and ductwork
- Perform routine maintenance such as cleaning equipment, replacing filters, and inspecting components
- Support troubleshooting efforts and help identify faulty parts
- Read and interpret basic blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals
- Handle tools, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently
Additional Duties
- Load, transport, and organize tools and materials for job sites
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow company policies, safety regulations, and OSHA standards
- Complete basic job documentation as needed
What We’re Looking For
- Previous HVAC experience or current enrollment in an apprenticeship program required
- Basic knowledge of heating and HVAC systems
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to job sites
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varying weather conditions
Preferred Skills
- Familiarity with furnaces, boilers, and heating/cooling systems
- Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical systems
- EPA certification or willingness to obtain
