What You’ll Do
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, provide updates, and offer services
- Assist customers with account questions, billing concerns, and service-related issues
- Accurately document customer interactions and account activity
- Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and promotions
- Deliver a positive customer experience with every interaction
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Strong customer service mindset
Work Schedule
- Flexible shifts may be available
- Evening and weekend availability may be required depending on business needs
