What You'll Do
- Support daily sales operations within a building materials distribution center
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify customer needs and provide effective solutions
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with outside sales representatives and internal teams
- Process and coordinate customer orders from entry to fulfillment
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Contribute to a positive team-oriented culture
What We're Looking For
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience required
- Knowledge of building materials, roofing, HVAC, siding, mechanical, or industrial products is a plus
- Construction industry experience is beneficial
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Positive attitude and self-motivated work ethic
