    Lorraine Medici joined Express Employment Professionals in 2014 as the Director of Training and Development Lorraine has extensive experience as a coach and workshop facilitator in the areas of leadership and team building, working closely with companies to strategize solutions that will impact long-term results in engagement and retention. She has successfully launched  Purpose-Driven Leadership Training , a series targeted at helping develop managers and leaders at all levels in manufacturing and other industries. Additionally, she facilitates the on-going training series,  Breakfast with Purpose, to bring current and relevant education to organizations. As a professional development coach, Lorraine also works alongside leaders and teams to overcome interpersonal or performance challenges. She is certified to train DISC, Situational Leadership and Emotional Intelligence (EQi 2.0), and an Associate Certified Coach and Master Practitioner for the ELI Assessment.

    John Keuning joined Express Employment Professionals in 2017 as Director of Manufacturing Excellence. John has a passion to put his thirty years of manufacturing and leadership experience to work for companies by providing both classroom training and on site consulting in all areas of manufacturing. He has extensive experience in Lean Manufacturing theory and implementation as well as helping new and advancing leaders understand the day to day work of being a leader. John has served multiple industries as a Supervisor, Lean Leader, Product Launch Leader, Production Manager, Plant Manager, and Director of Manufacturing. Through each experience, his main focus has been to help fellow leaders, direct reports, and team members to be their best while executing the daily duties of manufacturing.

    His goal is to help develop better leaders, engaged workers, lower cost of goods, and higher profits for companies by arming teams with tools necessary to be great agents of change. Supervisor Boot Camp, Advancing Excellence Series, and the Express Lean Series of classes are all part of this quest for excellence. John's favorite place to be is on the plant floor working side by side with teams and leaders to find solutions to manufacturing questions.

    David Robb joined the Express Employment Professionals team in 2015 as the Director of Marketing. David is involved in all aspects of marketing and communications for the Grand Rapids Express office.  David's goal is to help educate and provide resources through client and associate marketing.  He serves as the point contact for media relations, social and digital marketing.  Since joining the Express Employment Professionals team, he has worked on website development and providing analytics, metrics, and research for the effectiveness of our business.  Prior to Express Employment Professionals, David gained extensive experience in digital marketing working at a top digital advertising agency, where he worked to provide customized marketing solutions to clients around the world. David is a graduate of Calvin College with Degrees in Business-Marketing and Economics.

    Heather Merrick joined Express Employment Professionals in 2015 as a Professional/Technical Recruiter and started her recruiting career in 2011 after earning a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a double major in human resource management and marketing from Davenport University. Heather also holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a human resources concentration and earned SHRM-CP Certification in 2016. Heather has experience recruiting for manufacturing leadership, engineering, skilled trades, human resources, accounting/finance, sales & marketing, information technology, project management, administrative, medical, government, and non-profit roles. Prior to her recruiting career, Heather served 7 years on active duty in the United States Army where she was responsible for interviewing, training, and management. She is passionate about the community and helping people succeed, and volunteers with a variety of organizations in the Grand Rapids area including the American Red Cross, Goodwill Industries of Greater Grand Rapids, Family Promise, and Luvnpupz. Heather has also been part of the member-elected board of directors for the Association for Human Resource Management (AHRM), a local SHRM affiliate, since January 2013.

Wendy started with Express as the Front Office Coordinator and also was in charge of payroll for five years before moving into the Talent Management Consultant role. This experience enables her to take a lead role in helping our clients determine the best fit with the assessments that are used in qualifying candidates. She has served in various capacities, and is currently a Talent Solutions Specialist. Tracy has gained experience in staff management, sales, employee relations and recruitment since joining Express. Previously, she spent fifteen years in retail management and purchasing for a large national retail chain. Tracy has a passion and a heart to help people succeed. It gives her great satisfaction to know she has played a role in making a difference for both the company's and the employee's future. She motivates candidates as a job coach and draws upon her industry knowledge to help client companies find the right fit. Tracy has served on the Employer Advisory Board and volunteers with the Women's Resource Center.     Ken Heath joined Express Employment Professionals in 2017 a Talent Solutions Specialist. 

    Ken has over fifteen years in customer service management experience, including eight years as a retail account executive for a fortune 100 technology company. During this tenure Ken was awarded multiple customer service excellence awards and considered a subject matter expert in customer service. Through his personalized approach to training, coaching, and mentoring, he has assisted many of those under his guidance to advance into successful careers of their own.

Dee is currently serving on the Board of Directors with Grand Rapids Young Professionals (GRYP), Business Leaders Linked To Encourage New Directions (BL²END) and is a mentor through Grand Rapids Center for Community Transformation (GRCCT). With seven years of experience in sales and customer service, she has true a passion for helping others.
