 Sales Team Administrative Assistant

Location: Wyckoff, NJ
Pay Rate: $22/hour
Schedule: Part-time with growth potential
• Start at approximately 25–30 hours per week
• Potential to grow to 40 hours per week based on workload


About the Role

We are seeking a dependable and organized Sales Team Administrative Assistant to support our growing sales department. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, communicating with people, and being an essential part of a collaborative team. What You’ll Do

  • Assist the Sales Manager with updating sales quotes to reflect monthly specials
  • Create and send sales quotes for incoming requests during trade shows
  • Send quotes to potential customers when a sales team member is out of the office
  • Update and maintain our contact management database with trade show leads
  • Email or call prospects to confirm receipt of quotes and marketing materials
  • Schedule follow-up tasks for trade show leads on the appropriate sales team member’s calendar
  • Enter all relevant trade show details into our online scheduling tool
  • Upload new prospects and leads into our email marketing contact list

What You Bring

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel and/or Google Docs & Sheets
  • Comfortable making and receiving phone calls and taking detailed messages
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a sometimes fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative spirit—no “that’s not my job” mentality
  • Prior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
