E COMMERCE SERVICES - AMAZON, EBAY, WEBSITE
Will be trained on online services. Emails, order processing, following up on messages and returns and refunds.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Process orders, update inventory and work with warehouse team for order process
• Use the Internet to research solutions and information to resolve issues and requests
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Answer customer inquiries relating to product, existing online orders and warranty
services
