Key Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outreach: research and identify new B2B opportunities, including retail stores, smoke shops, convenience stores, and distributors, and initiate contact through cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach
• Lead qualification: evaluate potential clients to ensure alignment with company product lines (e.g., vapes, cannabis-related products) before passing qualified leads to the closing sales team
• Market research: monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities, untapped markets, and product demand
• CRM management: maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions, pipeline activity, and sales status within the CRM system
