Position Overview – Housekeeping Manager
Pay Rate: $28.85/hour
We are seeking an experienced Housekeeping Manager to oversee daily cleaning operations, ensure quality standards are met, and coordinate housekeeping staff in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday (5 days per week, flexible schedule)
- Start time between 7:00 AM–8:00 AM (8-hour shifts)
- 30-minute lunch break
- Weekend availability may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met
- Oversee and verify completed cleaning tasks
- Assign rooms and cleaning duties to housekeeping staff
- Coordinate daily workflow to ensure efficiency and proper coverage
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organization
Requirements:
- Previous housekeeping or supervisory experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Flexible and reliable with scheduling
