Job Full Description
Position Overview:
- Provide compassionate support to individuals and families applying for housing and utility assistance
- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls in a call center environment
- Process applications and update client information in cloud-based systems
- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with program guidelines
- Role may be phone-heavy or processing-heavy based on candidate strengths and preference
- Maintain a professional, empathetic approach when handling sensitive situations
- Call center experience preferred
- Bilingual candidates strongly encouraged to apply
