Now Hiring: HVAC Lead Installer
Pay: $25–$30 per hour, based on experience
We’re looking for an experienced, dependable HVAC Lead Installer to lead installations and ensure quality workmanship on every job.
Job Responsibilities

Lead residential and/or commercial HVAC installation projects.

Install heating and air conditioning systems, including furnaces, condensers, heat pumps, and air handlers.

Oversee installation crews and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently.

Read blueprints, follow installation specifications, and ensure code compliance.

Install and connect refrigerant lines, ductwork, electrical components, and thermostats.

Start up, test, and verify proper system operation.

Maintain high standards of workmanship, cleanliness, and customer service.

Communicate job progress and material needs with management.
Qualifications

Previous HVAC installation experience required.

Lead installer or crew leadership experience preferred.

Strong knowledge of HVAC equipment, installation procedures, and troubleshooting.

Familiarity with local codes and safety standards.

EPA Section 608 certification preferred or required, depending on job duties.

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality.
