            Administrative Assistant with QuickBooks Experience
 
Thriving business in Oakley looking for a TEMP administrative assistant.
 
Duties may include but are not limited to:
 
- 
Use high-level skills in the performance of administrative support  functions.
 
- 
Aid executive by coordinating office services, such as personnel, budget preparation and control, housekeeping, records control, and special management studies.
 
- 
Deal with non-routine matters, such as special projects, with minimum specific instructions.
 
- 
Develop, prepare, and manage reports.
 
- 
Coordinate teleconferences, presentations, and meetings.
 
- Frequent use of software programs such as QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
 
 
Skills Required
 
- Experience using QuickBooks and Excel
 
- Experience using Microsoft Office 
 
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 
- Excellent time management skills
 
- Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable and payroll strongly preferred.
 
- Ability to use basic office equipment.
