Location: Lemoore, CA

M-F, 8 to 5.

Pay: $18/hr.

 

Duties:

• Market apartments – List units online, take pics, write ads.

• Show units – Tour prospective tenants, answer questions, sell the dream.

• Screen applicants – Background checks, income verification, no freeloaders.

• Handle leases – Prep paperwork, collect deposits, explain terms.

• Coordinate move-ins/outs – Keys, inspections, deposit stuff.

• Keep tenants happy – Answer questions, resolve issues, dodge drama.

• Admin work – Track occupancy, report to management, stay organized.
