Accounts Payable Clerk:
Express Employment is looking for an experienced FT Evaluation to Hire Accounts Payable Clerk in the Tulare area.
Accounts Payable Duties:
- Pay third parties or employees by scheduling and preparing checks,
- Resolving purchase orders
- Insuring credit is received for outstanding bills and issuing stop-payments or purchase order amendments.
- Track budget expenses.
- Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
- Posts revenues by verifying and entering transactions form lock box and local deposits.
- Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
- Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.
Schedule & Pay:
- Full-Time – Monday thru Friday, 8am to 5pm.
- Pay: $18-$25/hr.+ Depending on experience
- Evaluation to Hire
Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years strong accounting experience
- Ability to handle high volume of AP/AR
