We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Support Specialist to partner with the Business Development Manager and play a key role in client onboarding, marketing strategy, and operational support.
Business Support Specialist Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to execute marketing strategies and outreach campaigns.
- Support onboarding of new clients, including documentation, training coordination, and system setup.
- Assist with proposal development, presentations, and client communications.
- Maintain and update CRM systems, tracking leads, contracts, and project milestones.
- Conduct research and analysis to support strategic initiatives and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure timely delivery of services and client satisfaction.
- Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor performance metrics and client engagement.
- Serve as a liaison between technical teams and clients to ensure smooth implementation of billing software.
- Participate in audit preparation and documentation review for Medi-Cal reimbursement programs.
Business Support Specialist Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client support.
- Familiarity with DHS, Medi-Cal, or educational settings—especially IEP-related services—is highly desirable.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
