Pay: $20/hr.

ScheduleL 7:30am-:3:30pm

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update quotes (Full and Budgetary Letters / Verbal Quotes)
• Type or create processes as needed for Sales or the GM
• Act as URS Coordinator / Data Entry
• Track RFQs and Sold Services in Excel
• Maintain and update Quote Template
• Update “Top Potential Orders” board in Sales Office (bi-weekly)
• Prepare and print GM’s requested reports (bi-weekly)
• Create and update Sales Opportunities
• Generate Order Confirmations and Change Orders

Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of prior office experience (sales support preferred)
• Strong organizational and data entry skills
• Proficiency in Excel and general MS Office
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Reliable
