Core Responsibilities

Resident-Facing Support: Act as the primary point of contact for tenants reporting maintenance issues. Ensure clear communication, timely updates, and resolution follow-through.

Work Order Coordination: Create, assign, and track maintenance work orders using property management software. Prioritize urgent repairs and ensure completion within service standards.

Vendor & Technician Liaison: Communicate with contractors, vendors, and in-house technicians to schedule repairs, inspections, and preventative maintenance.

Quality Assurance: Follow up on completed work to confirm tenant satisfaction and verify that repairs meet company standards.
