Express Employment is Hiring: Tool Maintenance / CNC Machinist
Location: Visalia | $20.00 – $27.00/hr | Full-time

 

Overview:
Express Employment is looking for a skilled Tool Maintenance / CNC Machinist to design, machine, and maintain precision tooling for metal fabrication presses. This role supports high-performance production and requires attention to detail and machining expertise.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate Haas CNC machines and other tool room equipment.

• Fabricate, maintain, and repair tooling to exact specifications.

• Read and interpret blueprints and tooling drawings.

• Train and support team members as needed.

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Experience with CNC machining, tool maintenance, or machine shop equipment preferred.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to work with precision.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent lifting (up to 50-75 lbs).

• Work on a manufacturing floor with noise and moving machinery.

Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
