Compliance Coordinator

Location: Visalia, CA | Non-Exempt | Full-Time | Pay Range: $55,000 – $65,000 DOE

 

We are seeking a Compliance Coordinator to join our team and support financial and regulatory operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, a structured mindset, and foundational experience in accounting or finance.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with federal and state audits by organizing and reviewing financial data.

• Support reimbursement processes by ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance.

• Maintain structured records and contribute to reporting efforts.

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet audit and compliance deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of entry-level financial experience (e.g., Accounting Clerk, Financial Specialist).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Bachelor’s degree not required—equivalent experience is welcomed.

• Experience working in a professional office environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.

Work Environment

• Onsite at HQ office 5 days/week for the first 3–6 months.

• Transition to hybrid model with minimum 2 days/week in office thereafter.
